Bedi baji ("we", "us", "the Platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following general terms and conditions.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in your country or region of residence.

You must act honestly and fairly at all times while using our services. Any form of fraud or system abuse is strictly prohibited. bedi baji reserves the right to verify any user's account and suspend services at its sole discretion.

To open an account with bedi baji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incorrect details will result in account termination, and deposited funds may not be refunded.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our customer support immediately. bedi baji is not liable for losses resulting from account security breaches, unless caused by a fault in our own systems.

After registration, you will be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process, which may include submitting a copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawal access will be limited until verification is complete.

Bedi baji supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions must be made using a payment account registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Only bets placed with real money will count towards bonus eligibility.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP address or device will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Bedi baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bedi baji platform. Violating these terms may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per user.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting system errors or odds discrepancies to generate risk-free profits.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process illegal funds.
• Use of Inside Information: Placing bets based on insider information about a match or event.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Underage Registration: Opening or managing an account on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.

Should any user engage in any of the prohibited activities listed above, bedi baji is obligated to notify the relevant authorities. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action against violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Bedi baji strives to deliver its services to the highest standard. However, our liability is limited in the following circumstances.

• Delays or failures in bet settlement due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Transaction delays caused by faults with third-party payment providers.
• Losses incurred as a result of your account login credentials being compromised.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.).

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the principal amount deposited in the relevant transaction. bedi baji accepts no liability for any indirect or consequential losses beyond this.

Bedi baji may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Signs of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Before closing an account, except in cases of terms violation, we will endeavour to notify the user in advance. Any valid balance will be returned in accordance with our rules, unless there are grounds for forfeiture.

The following process is followed to resolve any dispute between bedi baji and a user.

• Step Three: Disputes will be resolved through a neutral mediator, subject to the agreement of both parties.

In the event of a dispute regarding betting outcomes, the data provided by the official sports data provider will be considered final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bedi baji reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake.

Bedi baji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email address or through a notice on the platform.
